Our experienced team of virtual assistants can cater for all your administration needs. You will be assigned a day-to-day contact who will liaise with you on your projects and who has a skill set suitable to your tasks, but they will be able to draw on the team's combined experience in order to provide you with the excellent results you need.
Caroline Melville:
Caroline has over 10 years' administration experience working in the music and advertising industries including wide ranging projects such as organising video shoots and co-ordinating marketing campaigns for big companies such as Sony, AMV:BBDO and Euro RSCG Riley. An entrepreneur herself, she founded Virtually Sorted in 2004 and enjoys using her many assorted virtual office gadgets to enable her flexible lifestyle living between London and Glasgow. The trick is to try and guess where she is!
My specialist VA skills are:
Gadgets/gizmos - I love them, and I love what they do. Because I work a truly virtual office between London and Glasgow I need online access to accounts and all our business information. I'm also a bit of a marketing guru - I just love seeing the immediate response that campaigns get when done correctly.
The best thing about working at Virtually Sorted is:
Wearing jeans to the office!
Favourite tipple:
Cranberry juice - with perhaps a little vodka in it during the evening
Something you might not know about Caroline:
Will Young of Pop Idol fame used to be her PA - a long story, ask her about it!

Emma Bahl:
Emma heads up the call answering team. With a varied administration background including accounts and recruitment, Emma brings her bright and sunny disposition combined with sharp business acumen to the team, working from Glasgow.
My specialist VA skills are:
Telephone answering.... I am a bit of a chatter box so this suits me down to the ground! I started work as a telephonist/receptionist, when I was 16, and then moved up to being the Temp Controller for a recruitment consultancy, this involved some telesales so I know how it feels to be the poor schmuck on the other end of the phone. I don't even mind the "rude" callers. I get to feign righteous indignation - And we all enjoy a bit of feigning of a morning!
The best thing about working at Virtually Sorted is:
The variety - You never know what the day is gonna throw at you. I could tell you some of the bizarre tasks we have been given but then I would have to kill you - yes, we take our client confidentiality that seriously!
Being part of a great team - Working as part of a virtual team is great too, even though we are all in offices miles apart there is a great team spirit. We know that someone is just an email away. We are all able to draw from each others experience (professional and personal!) to get the job done.
The clients - We have a lot of great clients (you know who you are!). Working with small companies and being part of their first steps towards success is an amazing feeling.
My Favourite tipple:
Depends on the time of day! Right now it would be a Starbucks Chai Tea Latte.... By this evening it will be a Mojito!
Something you might not know about Emma:
I was Scottish School Girl High Jump Champion! But that was a lifetime ago... And, as well as being a geek girl, I am a bit hippy dippy - I am a fully qualified Clinical Aromatherapist... My office smells lovely!

Charlotte Burford:
Based in Sittingbourne, Kent, Charlotte is a qualified legal secretary who also obtained a law degree whilst working part time.
My specialist VA skills are:
Audio Typing, you either love it or you hate it and I am one of those mad people that love it. I am also a bit of a whizz at PowerPoint Presentations.
The best thing about working at Virtually Sorted is:
The team and support they offer they are a very friendly bunch and even though we are spaced out all over the country it feels as though Caroline and team are right beside me. I also love the variety of work that comes through, you never know what that next piece of transcription is going to be and what challenge it might pose.
Favourite tipple:
I am a big fan of coca cola (the full fat variety none of that diet stuff) but am partial to a Vodka and you guessed it coke from time to time.
Something you might not know about Charlotte:
I am mad on George Michael and have a phobia of car washes!!!

Sacha Suzanne Hart:
Sacha is our international VA, working from the Bay of St Tropez, South of France after a real 'change of lifestyle'. After over 20 years experience in admin and working as a PA to all levels of management in a wide range of industries acquiring qualifications galore, she joined our team in December 2008 and quickly became a favourite on the phones, with clients complimenting her wonderful telephone voice. She's shy in person though - I've yet to capture a picture of her, but we'll get it!
My specialist VA skills are:
Customer Service which includes telephone answering. I love building up relationships with the customers so that when they phone they feel like their call counted. Having worked in a call centre, I know how I do not want to sound and how frustrating the whole system of communication can be. I like to try and help the customers as much as possible.
The best thing about working at Virtually Sorted is:
The flexibility that allows a small team to work closely together, (no matter how many miles are between you), and provide clients with a loyal service without worrying about sickness etc. Yet if there is a problem, they will cover for you without any of the office politics. (Remember, that we can also cover your holidays and "admin gaps" too - click here.)
Some of the conversations that go on are fantastic but the minute there is a question or task that needs addressing - we are all ears to help with info, ideas, knowledge.
I joined the team in December 2008 and have been amazed by the support system in place, they are a fabulous team to be a part of. We also have a brilliant portfolio of clients who treat us as part of 'their' team too - that is a wonderful feeling!!
Favourite tipple:
Champagne, Bombay Sapphire and sprig of fresh mint .. or a glass of chilled water!
Something you might not know about Sacha:
I was a catwalk model for nearly 10 years but that was a very long time ago and cannot boast the same figure anymore!! Nature has taken over and seems to be all flying south!

Hazel Perry:
Hazel joined the call answering team initially but quickly became a whizz at social media, organising newsletters, Twitter campaigns and SMS text alerts. She's based in Glasgow and has a well rounded background in customer service and secretarial services.
My specialist VA skills are:
Audio typing and call answering. I have been typing since the age
of about 11 as my sister had an old typewriter at home and taught
me what she was learning so by the time I took Secretarial Studies
at school I could already type to a good speed much to the amazement
of the teacher!
My knack for picking up new skills makes me Virtually Sorted's resident Social Media geek.
The best thing about working at Virtually
Sorted is:
Working with a great team of people and some great clients. The Virtually
Sorted team are very supportive of one another and the nice clients
make us feel part of their team as well.
Favourite tipple:
Starbucks Chai Latte (and lots of it!) or when the occasion demands,
a long vodka (not a tall glass of purely vodka but an actual mixed
drink!).
Something you might not know about Hazel:
I have several music qualifications and at one time considered becoming
a private tutor for children but the thought of ‘Three Blind
Mice’ and ‘Chopsticks’ day after day was way too
scary!!
